Your Dental Insurance

We will bill your dental insurance on your behalf as a courtesy to you. As there are many dental health plans in the market, we encourage you to familiarize yourself with your insurance benefits. For example, some plans will cover a percentage of white fillings while others will not.

At the time of service, please be prepared to make your co-payment. We will provide you with an estimate; however, any balance that remains after your insurance has paid will be your responsibility. We will make every attempt to collect the payment from your insurance; however, any balance after 40 days from the date of service will be your responsibility.

Types of Payment Accepted

Cash and all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Care Credit, Discover).

Scheduling and Cancellation

Appointments are especially reserved for your child. Please consider this before canceling your appointment. Allow our office at least 24 hours advance notice for cancellation. Any notice less than 24 hours will be subject to a $50 broken appointment fee.
